INTRODUCTION

SHIPPING

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the USA.

We’re doing everything we can to deliver yarn orders as quickly as possible. Orders are currently leaving our warehouse 1-3 days after they are placed.

If you have ordered a custom yarn color or knitted product, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for creating your item.

Your complete order will be shipped as one shipment. That means if you have ordered both yarn and finished knitted goods, we will wait to ship everything together after all knitted items have been finished.

You’ll find all the information currently available on your shipment here:

1. Follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
2. Log into your account to see your order status.

FREE* SHIPPING in Canada on orders over $150!

If your package is not delivered within the expected time frame, please check your package tracking information. If you have any questions, contact me through email at nelda@lovesgracealpacas.ab, We will happily assist in tracking your order.

All orders will be delivered using the method chosen during your online order. Options are Canada Post’s Regular or Expedited Mail Service and UPS. You should expect delivery in 2-7 business days depending upon your location. If your package is not delivered within 14 days, please contact nelda@lovesgracealpacas.ab and I will gladly assist you in tracking your order.

* Free shipping total excludes downloadable merchandise. Funds are calculated in CAD Dollars to meet the $150 threshold.

All available items in your order will be shipped using the ship method you requested in your order.
