Returns and Exchange Policy – Loves Grace Alpacas
Exchanges
All products, with the exception of yarn, are final sale (no refunds/exchanges). Love’s Grace Farms does not offer refunds and allows exchange only on yarn for an equivalent item, or store credit within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original condition and with the original receipt.
All discounted products (whether on clearance or special sale dates) are final sale (no refunds/exchanges).
Shipping
Please mail your product to: Love’s Grace Farms, c/o Mike and Nelda Radford, RR2, Site 14, Box 16, Olds, Alberta T4H 1P3, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Online Exchanges
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your customer account.
